Australia is a victim of its own popularity. An increasing number of people want to call the land down under their home, and as they arrive, they settle in large numbers in the densely-populated urban belt around the south-east coast. This puts enormous pressure on real estate and not just so that people can have a place to live, but so that they can park their transportation as well. Imagine how much of a problem it has become to find safe and accessible parking. Extending Upward
Many homes in suburbia are built with a small garage attached to the main structure. This may be sufficient to park one car when all of your storage requirements are taken into account, but you may have to keep your other vehicle outside and subject to the damage caused by weather conditions. You may want to park it inside and out of view, but it is simply not practical unless, that is, you build one storey on top of your garage and park it there. To do this, you will need to install a car elevator to enable you to "stack" each vehicle, one on top of the other. This will tick all of your boxes without the need for you to clear out those storage boxes in the garage.
What About On the Roof?
Some people are not quite as fortunate as others and may not have a garage at all. They may need to park both of their vehicles on the driveway in front unless they can come up with a solution as well. Perhaps they have a flat roof on top of the property and can fit an elevator so that they can access this area. The only other way to do this would be to create a ramp structure which would be difficult to do, prohibitively expensive and not very pleasing to look at. If you put a car elevator in place, then you can take your vehicles up to the roof and make sure that they are out of harm's way.

If you are creative, you can come up with some solutions to help you use a car elevator to the best effect. After all, the parking situation is only going to get worse, and you need to take care of your investments as soon as possible.
